James Reyes-Picknell, Founder & President

James is a publishedauthor, teacher / trainer, speaker and a respected professional advisor(subject matter expert) in his field. He has over 31 years of hands-on experience in engineering, operations, maintenance and reliability management and business consulting. His specialty is business systems / processes, the management of physical assets, processes and human factors within organizations. James teaches and provides expert advice to clients on strategy, processes, process improvement, asset management, maintenance and reliability, human factors in change and business transformations. His book, "Uptime - Strategies for Excellence in Maintenance Management" (2nd edition) is one of the premier references for maintenance managers worldwide. It is required reading of managers in several leading companies and is in use at several universities around the world as a text book in Maintenance Management. James holds an honors degree in mechanical engineering (BASc). He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), licensed Professional Engineer (PEng), a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and a full Member of the Institute of Asset Management (MIAM).

James leads our business strategy, business development, sales, contracts, sub-contracts, he leads most of our client engagements directly and provides coaching services for client managers and executives. Aileen Reyes-Picknell, Co-founder & Vice President

Aileen is a teacher and coach. She holds a degree in Business (BComm) from the University of Toronto with specialty in accounting and finance. Aileen uses herunderstanding and personal awareness of individual consciousness, the human factor, holistic living and the interplay of these variables inher coaching. Her life coaching is based on personal experience gained from changing her life circumstances and healing her own life experiences. She has 18 years of work experience in service business cultures of corporate accounting and audit, market research, advertising, sales, dating coaching and consulting.

Aileen has been coaching for the past 4 years. She assists clients with their relationships, communications and boundaries. She assists clients with their people issues, helping them bring out their hidden issues and getting to the real reasons why they are having difficulties in their interactions. She understands the power of choice and has strengthened her understanding through her studies with The Wonders. Aileen is a student of The Wonders, studying empowerment and all its' facets since 2002. She is ateacher in the Wonders Teacher Program and an Asymya Practitioner.

Aileen leads the group's non-client facing activites: finance, accounting, administration and contracting of support services. She works as a coach with managers and entrepreneurs requiring our business coaching services under both Conscious Asset Management and Conscious Management names.
