Mike Johnson, CMRP

Mike Johnson is a teacher, consultant, and problem solver for machinery lubrication issues and practices with an abundance of ‘hands-on’ skill developed from many years of working in the plant environment. He has provided extensive support for organizations trying to extract reliability improvements from routine but faulty practices for Plant Lubrication, Contamination Control and Oil Analysis.  Mike’s client companies range from small single plant operations to Fortune 100 multinationals, including prominent organizations such as: Coors Brewing, Ford Motors, Michelin, International Paper, Bowater Paper, Rayonier Performance Fibers, CEMEX, BuzziUnniCem USA, Texas Utilities and Electric Energy Incorporated. Mike follows a process consulting approach.  His solutions are oriented toward individual client needs and constraints.  Mike holds BA and MBA degrees and certifications from ICML and SMRP.

Jaime Miazoa

Jaime Miazoa is a senior Consultant in the areas of Asset Reliability Improvement and Business Process Management (BPM). In the last 12 years, Jaime has successfully integrated his professional experience into a process centered approach to Asset Reliability improvement. In his approach, strategic business goals, business processes, and critical assets are analyzed to ensure that business improvement projects are well designed, planned and implemented to add real value to Customers and the Organizations stakeholders.

Jaime has an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana),  and he is an RCM2 Certified Practitioner, with extensive experience in Asset Management Processes, Business Process Alignment, Process Mapping, and Process Redesign using WebSphere Business Modeler tools.  Fluent in both Spanish and English, Jaime has 16 years of international experience in Asset Reliability improvement and Business Process Management across multiple industries including pulp and paper, mining, pharmaceutical, oil and natural gas processing.

Todhunter Weber, Bachelor in Humanities, Associates in Electronics

Todhunter is a ‘hands on’ manager of people, assets, and maintenance.  He develops new talent and leverages undeveloped skills to support the sustainability of business processes.  His on-site process of observing an organization, making their current choices evident, and offering suggestions for new choices utilizes his extensive analytical skills in asset/maintenance management and organizational development.  His approach works in any industry.  Tod’s engineering, maintenance, and infrastructure education spans 30 years in union/ non-union environments and complex ethnic cultures in multiple or single sites.  He can orchestrate leadership and change in diverse situations and understands the politics and ethics involved.  This skill set is unique and provides a solid basis for rapid change within any company.  Proof of such skill was a recent engagement  from 2004 to 2006 when he managed maintenance development of the largest pulp and paper site in the world.  Tod uses a combination of busness analysis, systems knowledge and human science to shock and rapidly change an organization's consciousness generating the desired results quickly.

Kip Williams

Kip's broad-based career has given him strong hands-on knowledge of TPM and lean maintenance integrations, constraint analysis, predictive maintenance tools, FMEA/RCFA/8Ds, union environments, crisis management, electrical control circuitry, and safety procedures. Perhaps more important is his ability to evaluate company/client maintenance needs, develop cost-effective solutions that meet those needs, and then take action to make lasting improvements. He offers his clients the ability to bring in short-term contract Subject Matter Expertise in MRO, evaluating needs, taking a “random walk” on the shop floor, getting to know the workforce and then offering value-added solutions that will show immediate profit and return on investment. Kip also offers his clients the opportunity to bring in a “fresh eyes”, third party auditor who will develop and implement the templates and formats they need to measure and audit themselves on KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) on a weekly, monthly & yearly basis. His expertise in root cause analysis, reliability best practices, and team development, as well as his leadership ability, problem solving skills, and capacity to successfully achieve objectives will contribute to the further success of all operational equipment maintenance projects undertaken by an organization. Kip has a B.S. in Management, Six Sigma Black Belt designation, Master Electrician certification and he is based in the U.S. Great Lakes region.
