We at The Conscious Group, (and it’s various operating entities including Conscious Management, Conscious Asset Management, and referred to as "CM", "CAM", "we," "us," or "our") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of certain information ("Information") collected about our current customers and prospective customers (referred to as "Customers"). This privacy statement discloses what Information we gather, how we use it, and how to correct or change it. At Conscious Management, it is our intention to give you an understanding about how we collect Customer Information and the use we make of it in the course of our business.

Information obtained and shared with you through this Web site is confidential unless the context expressly indicates otherwise. Information may be requested/collected to enable or enhance the delivery of services to you, and to make the experience of using this site faster and more effective. Our clients and our customers as part of the communication and purchase process supply most of the Information collected by Conscious Management. Limiting Collection, Use, Disclosure and Retention

We collect, use and disclose Personal Information only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and as required or permitted by law.

Usage Tracking
