We are looking for:

• Partners to share in the ownership of our business.
• Senior level / experienced consultants to work with us as associates.   

On a personal level we believe in self honesty - always being true to ourselves; sellf love and appreciation - you can not help others if you need help yourself;  truthful expression of ourselves to everyone including ourselves.  Abundance, it is all that we are. We remember to keep humor in what we do and we don't forget to keep choosing.

As companies awake, they are seeing the benefit in our approach and philosophy.  We are growing.  There is a need for additional bench strength and help in servicing our diverse clientele.  While some companies cut back and lay off employees, the smarter ones are seeking to make dramatic improvements to their business.  Right now we can use consultants with the following backgrounds in Canada and the USA:

• RCM2 (Practitioners)
• Uptime consultants and trainers (franchise opportunities are available for our Uptime training courses)

We recognize four categories of participants in our business and we'd like to expand on the "leaders" category.  If you are an entrepreneur, qualified and capable of working in this field and willing to commit to our firm, then we want to discuss this with you.

• Leaders - part owners and directors of the company. These folks are committed to our success.
  
• Associates - colleagues of strategic importance bringing complementary skills that add value to our clients.  Associates regularly work with us to both develop and service business opportunities.  Associates are those most likely the first to become employees as our business expands in their areas of expertise..
  
• Colleagues - work with us from time to time in servicing our clients world-wide.  They do not regularly participate in our business development efforts.
  
• Alliances - companies that we've chosen as strategic partners for business development.
