In creating the RCM-R methodology and training program, both brought valuable insights – Jesus a whole different business model which we’ve adapted, and Jim a lot of perspective and a different approach to the structuring of training and best practices, given his own industry-forward thought leadership.
We then took a leap forward by re-engineering the Reliability Centered Maintenance process, making it more relevant in today’s demanding and increasingly data driven business climate. It’s a great fit with the services both companies offered.
After meeting and discovering we had so much in common, we decided to work together. We have most recently been working on an amazing new book: RCM - R, Reliability Centered Maintenance Revisited.
Since the rest of what they did was entirely complimentary, they decided to collaborate in business, join forces and grow a new business to meet the demands of a market that is under and poorly- served. We are showing that 1 + 1 >> 2!
